Jarvan IV

Hello, I am TyL Gaara and this is my guide to Jarvan IV.
Jarvan is a really strong jungler with great initiation capabilities.
He shines in armor shred compositions (like with Renekton, Xin, Taric, MF) and if the enemy team a lot of  ΑD Damage as his E gives bonus Armor to all of his teammates. 
His ulti is also powerful and is devastating against champions without blinks or dashes.

E is stronger than Q and W for the following reasons:

W won't help clear the  jungle and it's shield without any ratios,  probably the worst in League of Legends. That's why we max W last. Q deals more damage than E but if you keep using it you will run out of mana quite fast. On the other hand, E 's passive provides armor as well as attack speed and at lvl 5 it deals the same amount of damage as Q, costing less mana.

Starting Items

The best starting items for any jungler.

Core Items

Your first priority is Madred's and boots. After that you have to pick your items depending of what you need against  the enemy team.
AOE damage? Locket!
Magic Damage? Aegis!
You want to become a beast? Warmogs!

You can choose whatever boots u like except Magic Pen.

Luxury Items

After finishing your core build, build tanky.

Since we max E first, Attack Speed runes are not needed.
Armor Penetration is a lot stronger in S3 and very strong on Jarvan.
Armor and Magic Resist are pretty standard in marks and glyphs. Magic resist per level can be used instead of flat.

Defence

Utility

21 points on Defense are the best option for a melee jungler. I use them pretty much on all of my junglers. 
The of our  rest points are best spent in the Utility Tree for the 20% buff duration and the flash cooldown reduction.
